After careful examination of the cases listed below, the Malpractice Enquiry Committee is of the Opinion that Candidates were involved in the Malpractice of bringing forbidden material/written on palms/pads etc., and their offences come under category of 1 or 2 or 3 of the nature of offences listed in the “Scale of Punishment to Defaulters at University Examinations” approved by the Executive Council Proceedings No. ANU/PG &P/S/SMP/Scale of pun/2008 dated 20-06-2008.
As such the candidates mentioned below may be awarded the punishment of cancellation of that particular paper in which they were caught and they may be permitted to appear for the next university examinations and their results may be declared in all other papers that they have appeared in that sitting.
